Lean corned beef, simmered in our Barrio Rojo Ale & traditional spices then caramelized with our secret sauce. Sliced thin and piled high on grilled rye bread. Served with sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese. Served with kettle chips, coleslaw or charro beans.
